Refund Policy

Nova Crest is committed to handling refunds fairly and transparently. Refunds are issued for eligible cancellations, returns of defective or wrong items, and orders that we are unable to fulfil.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our side.
