Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order / requested services within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
